What message is trying to reach you?

Last week I introduced my new and improved Archetype Quiz.

In its revamp, I wanted to end result to give you insight into the identity you’re being asked to full embrace and step into.

These soul-level asks often start with little messages.

These messages might show up as unexplained creative pulls, things you can’t stop thinking about, qualities of people or groups you’re drawn to, even dreams.

You can think of The Archetypes as bottles in an ocean, carrying these messages inside. These bottles are bobbing out in the water, waiting for you to notice them, pull them in, and see what’s inside.

What could these messages sound like?

Caregiver bottles might carry a message about weaving in more care, empathy, and consideration into what you do and how you do it.

Creator bottles might carry a message about stepping fully into your innovative, edge-walking ideas, things that haven’t been done before.

Everybody bottles might carry a message asking you to create a space of true belonging, acceptance, and community.

Explorer bottles might carry a message that this is not the time for the familiar path, it’s time to accept the adventure, explore new terrain.

Hero bottles might carry a message that you’re ready to own that you are the catalyst for your own movement and action.

Innocent bottles might carry a message to trust the simple, uncomplicated version of what you see, build, or want.

Jester bottles might carry a message to take things less seriously, to have more fun, be more playful, lighten the load.

Lover bottles might carry a message that your work is ready to feel more intimate, meaningful, artful.

Magician bottles might carry a message that it’s time to own your transformative abilities...the way you can hold a strong vision of potential for others to change and evolve.

Rebel bottles might carry a message to embrace the rule-breaker in you, to draw the line in the sand and not be afraid to advocate for change.

Sage bottles might carry a message to own your expertise, to stand in your own knowledge and ability to distill things the way only you can.

Sovereign bottles might carry a message that you’re ready to lead others in a bigger way, organizing and adding much needed structure and a high level of excellence.

What kind of messages have you been hearing?

I’d love to know. You can always respond to these emails and me, Sara, a real human will respond:)

Cheers!
Sara

Field Notes:

In the Studio: A website design week for a medieval-inspired career strategist. Hazahhh!

Reading: Back to my Off Campus binge. I’ve had to take breathers to slow down the process of the series ending.

Watching: Big Brother, for the first time. There’s a Survivor player and a Drag Race Ru girl in the house, which is exactly why I started, but it hasn’t fully hooked me yet.

Traveling to: Later this week, Jenn and I head to Minnesota for our annual week at the cabin with my whole extended family. About 50 of us, communal meals, a golf tournament, a lot of euchre, plenty of float time. I’ve been doing this since I was four:)

In case we haven’t met...

Hi, I’m Sara, an identity reader and brand designer. I see identity and brand as so closely tied that you can’t build one without the other. My work is all about helping you see yourself clearly so you can express yourself and your ideas more freely and fully.
